Created by owner and head chef Sara and inspired by her childhood years growing up in London, Sara’s menu is a fusion of traditional English intermingled with European, South American and Australian (of course!).

Sierra Tango offers great options for all celebrations and events and can personalise menus to suit individual needs.

The side room located next to the main restaurant is a light filled room with a cosy but modern atmosphere. It is perfect for small intimate gatherings of up to 20 seated or 35 standing

The main restaurant area has several different options available for up to 70 seated or 100 standing.

Family celebrations & birthdays

Whether it is a small intimate function or a major celebration we will work with you to make sure everyone has a great time. From christenings and weddings to milestone birthday celebrations we provide a great venue, outstanding food and drinks to suit all occasions and budgets. Cakes and room decorations can also be provided upon prior arrangement.

Cocktail parties

Sierra Tango has several options for cocktail parties of up to 100 guests. We can provide more intimate space in our side room for up to 35 guests. Our cocktail food is all prepared on the premises and provides supreme quality finger food for your guests. There is a wide choice of items available and this provides a great alternative for both lunch and dinner options. Beverages can be purchased upon consumption. We carry a wide range of wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. Cocktails can be themed to suit your individual party needs.

Sierra Tango offers quality food and beverages together with gracious and respectful service. We can provide flowers, themes, music compilations and display photos and treasured memorabilia. We offer a private space for both small and larger groups of up to 100 people.
